ABSTRACT/PROPOSAL SUBMISSION

• For abstract submission please send a title
  (no more than 15 words) and a brief abstract of your paper (no more than 250 words) in order to be considered for acceptance, by filling in the abstract submission form.

You will receive an e-mail from the Organizing
Committee or International Convener of your thematic group after sending your abstract to inform you whether your paper has been accepted or not.
All abstracts should be submitted in English.

You are invited to bring the full paper with you to the Conference for handouts. If you do so, please make sure to bring at least 20 copies.

If you are intending to present a paper your registration will be
automatic after you fill in the Abstract Submission Form. Those
participants who are not intending to present a paper should register by filling in the Registration Form.

We expect you to submit only one paper for the presentation.
